Watch and listen to the waves break as you flow! This class combines a generous warm up with an energizing vinyasa flow to get your day started on the right track. Be prepared to get your heart rate going and work your core, then settle into your mat for a Savasana under the shade of the palms. All levels welcome.
Come at least 10 minutes early to find a good spot and get comfortable before the class starts.
While mats are often provided, having your own towel helps with sweat and sand management.
Drink plenty of water before and after the session, especially under Hawaii’s warm sun.
Apply reef-safe sunscreen to avoid sunburn during your outdoor practice.
