Perfect for all levels, this two-hour session invites you to float under the sky, leaving you feeling grounded, restored, and renewed. Pre-registration is required for this refreshing journey.

This is a beginner friendly, yin-based class perfect for all levels.

We invite you to embrace the gentle movement of the water as part of your practice. With the board as your floating mat and the sky as your ceiling, you'll leave feeling grounded, restored, and renewed.

The class is $45 per participant. You are encouraged to bring your own paddleboard, but the ELC has 2 paddleboards available for an additional $35 each.

Pre-registration is required.

Adventure Tips

Bring Water and Sun Protection

Florida sun can be intense even on the water, so pack sunscreen and plenty of water to stay hydrated during your session.

Wear Comfortable Swimwear

Choose clothing that can get wet and allows ease of movement for yoga postures on the paddleboard.

Arrive Early for Orientation

Show up 10-15 minutes early to get acquainted with your board and practice basic paddling techniques before class.

No Experience Required
