A blissful paddle to protected waters where we anchor for a Gentle Flow Yoga practice on top of a paddle board. Chesapeake Paddle Sports yoga classes are accessible to all levels, offering adaptations and modifications to add ease or challenge to each pose. We welcome everyone, from the first time yogi or paddler to the most adventurous inversion junkies! SUP Yoga classes are taught by Certified SUP Yoga Instructors. There is nothing like SAVASANA (Relaxation) on a Paddle Board at the end of your SUP Yoga class - hearing the water lapping against your board and birds singing.
