SHAKA SUP YOGA is a 90-minute floating vinyasa flow practice, appropriate for all levels. This relaxing experience is offered on anchored yoga specific Stand-Up Paddle Boards (SUP) in beautifully calm, clear Lake Milton.
The purpose of the class is to challenge mindfulness, let go of expectation, connect with nature and awaken an adventurous spirit.

Wear comfortable, quick drying clothes that allow for freedom of movement. Yoga, athletic or swimwear apparel is fine. Do not wear bikini or thong bottoms, fleece, jeans or heavy cotton. Shoes are not worn on the boards.
Choose early morning sessions when the lake is smoothest to help maintain balance on your board.
Opt for moisture-wicking, stretchy attire that dries fast if you fall in the water.
