Your reservation is valid from the time we open at 10am until the park closes at 5pm. You are welcome to arrive any time between 10am and 3:30pm and leave at any time.

Officially a wildlife sanctuary, YRWS is still home to the original Bison herd, peacocks and pigs.Come meet all of the new additions including albino wallabies, Baby Doll sheep, Fallow deer, ring-tailed lemurs, alpacas and much more. Interact with some in our Petting Zoo and learnexciting facts through our interactive exhibits and Keeper Talks.
After your group checks in at the ticket window, your group can begin their self-guided tour of the wildlife sanctuary. There will be signs in front of each exhibit that will talk about the animals along with volunteers throughout the sanctuary to answer questions you might have about the animals or the sanctuary itself.
The sanctuary covers various walking paths including dirt and gravel; comfortable shoes will keep you steady on your feet.
Though there are nearby amenities, having water and light snacks on hand keeps energy levels up during your visit.
