Please note:
Before your event, we will text or email you a map showing your assigned tent, bus loading/unloading, and parking. Please share it with your bus drivers before the trip.
We have four event tents situated near the farm store and play areas. The Green, Blue, and Red Tents each hold up to 50 people at a time. The Yellow Tent holds up to 100 people. If your group is larger than the capacity of your booked tent, plan for part of the group to picnic outside the tent or play at the playground while others are in the tent. No more than the allotted number of people can be in the tent at one time, regardless of weather conditions.
Groups should arrive 5-10 minutes before scheduled start time. When you arrive, please text or call the event coordinator at 781-867-4002. Event staff will greet you and show the group to the event area, where they will then board the hay wagon. Hayride will depart within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time of the Field Trip.
Please do your best to arrive promptly. If your group is running late, please text or call the event coordinator, as this can affect the schedule of other groups.
