Deposit: A $150 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Final Payment: Due 48 hours before your event.

Rescheduling: We offer a one-time courtesy rebooking if you need to change your date.

Arrival: Please arrive 20 minutes early to ensure a smooth start.

Food: Outside food is welcome, and we also offer a range of concessions on-site.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your field trip, please notify us as soon as possible. While the $150 deposit is nonrefundable, we are happy to assist with rescheduling your event to a later date at no additional cost.
