Locally-procured and globally-inspired, the menu will be published according to what's fresh the week of the event, so be sure to check the 21 Degrees Estate Cacao Farm Facebook Events Page for latest details! Integrating cacao into cuisine began nearly 5000 years ago in what is now modern day Mexico. As always, there will be delicious farm chocolate tasting, a delightfully-crafted welcome mocktail and BYOB.We will offer vegetarian option upon request. Please note that we are not a standing restaurant and therefore do not have the capability to cater to specialty diets and alternate menu selections beyond specific allergies and/or vegetarian.
You will begin the evening with a light signature "mocktail" or cocktail from the farm and mini-tour of the cacao farm followed by a sit-down curated, guided, plated meal that features everything wonderful and delicious about eating "slow" food! Our beverage service will feature refreshing fruit and herb-infused waters, but feel free to BYOB your favorite wines or beer. We will also provide sommelier-recommended wine pairings for those who are interested. Following the dinner, guests will be treated to our 21 Degrees Estate signature chocolate dessert(s) made from the estate's single-origin/Kahaluu terroir dark chocolates from the Ko
olaupooko appellation.
Fresh air, the chirping of birds, and the bay of our farm goats will complete the sensory experience of dining on the `aina where all the magic and mana happen!
