About This Adventure

Embark on a scenic cruise along the Hawkesbury River to explore the thriving oyster paddocks. Enjoy a guided tasting of local oysters, including the unique Akoya pearl oyster, and learn the art of shucking. This immersive experience combines breathtaking views with delicious flavors, making it truly unforgettable.

Cruise the scenic waters of the Hawkesbury River out to our saltwater paddocks. Take in the beauty of the Hawkesbury River and discover why this environment is ideal for growing oysters of all varieties and, in turn, how oysters give back to people and place.

Returning to our land-based Shellar Door, discover the individual characteristics of the local Sydney Rock Oyster, the creamy Pacific Oyster and our very own seafood treasure, the Akoya pearl oyster in a guided tasting.
