Andrews Farm offers a unique countryside setting for parties, with lots of farm fun for families, children and guests to enjoy while celebrating birthdays and other special occasions. For groups of any size, an amazing day can be planned!
When you book a Farm Party, you will enjoy a private party area for your group to gather on the farm. Picnic tables and a private group wagon ride will be provided.
All party guests are welcome to stay for the day to explore and enjoy regular public attractions at the farm as well, including 165 acres of fruit, vegetable and flower fields; picking and tasting fresh produce right from the fields; connecting with nature and wildlife; visiting the farm animals; and having fun on the playground.
There are four different party spaces that can be booked on the farm: • Two large picnic Pavilion Areas with shelters; each area can accommodate 100+ people; • The Orchard, which has tables in the natural shade of the trees and shade canopies, for 50+ people; • The Farmhouse Backyard, which has shade canopies in a more intimate setting, comfortable for up to 40 people.
To book your Farm Party, check the calendar for availability, select your date, choose your party spot, complete the booking form with your party details, and submit your deposit. We look forward to welcoming you to the farm! : )
Farm experiences are conducted outside, rain or shine. Please inform all members of your group to dress for the weather and bring appropriate footwear (sandals are not recommended) - dress "warm and waterproof" on cool, rainy days; bring sunscreen, hats and drinking water on sunny days.
While we have a food stand open on weekends at the farm, we encourage you to bring your own food or arrange any catering separately for your party. Birthday cakes and other food for your group can be stored in coolers and freezers at the farm store as needed.
You are welcome to decorate your party area as you like - no rubber balloons, confetti and party poppers please, as they create a mess and harm wildlife; foil balloons and compostable balloons are welcome.
Each of the party spaces on the farm can accommodate different group sizes and has a different minimum charge. The minimum charge for Pavilion 1 is $2,000 and includes 125 party guests; the same applies to Pavilion 2. The Orchard party space has a minimum charge of $825 and includes 50 party guests. The minimum charge for the Farmhouse Backyard is $650 and includes 40 party guests.
The minimum charge amount +HST must be paid in advance and is a non-refundable deposit that secures your booking on the farm for your chosen date. An additional 6% fee may be charged by our payment processor when booking online.
If your group is larger than the number of people included in the base pricing outlined above, the cost for each additional guest will be added accordingly. Our Event Coordinator will be in touch to finalize the details, provide an accurate quote, and ensure we can accommodate your group at the farm.
Any additional guests beyond those that are included in the minimum charge are billed at the general farm admission rate of $15.25/person. Balance of payment including the final guest count and add-ons is due upon finalization, and any further add-ons is due on the day of your party. To note, the minimum payment for the event is the venue price regardless of the number of guests. We’re happy to offer rescheduling if needed, though please note that we are unable to provide refunds.

If the number of attendees for your event changes, please contact us to advise of the change one week before your party so we can plan to accommodate your group appropriately.
