Canning and Food Preservation. The romance is on as we think of our grandmothers and their mothers, each teaching the new generations how to do this, why and never stop canning. You never know when You need it, can't live without canned foods, and what if the store shelves are bare? Yours are not. And the flavor of the farm fresh canning process delivers consistent flavor like no other.

Add You favorite spices, mints, concoct a new creation, our experts will share the ins and outs of the ph, the water bathe process, and do we dare to use the real deal? Sure why not.

You're only afraid the first time the lid blows to the ceiling, our experts have been there and done that.

Water bathe is the most romantic aspect with the carefully preparing your fruits and vegetables, adding the right spices, honey and herbs, and once completed, the decorations to your satisfaction for display.

You certainly want to learn this trade in this day and age or get a refresher from the County experts.
