Have you ever wondered what it’s like to be a Farmer? Now’s your chance! Get up close and personal with the animals at Turquoise Acres Ranch! This is an interactive experience that will give you a chance to work along side our team and get your hands dirty! We will teach you about the animals, let you into the animal pens to feed/water, help gather chicken eggs, and even scoop some poop! You might get a few thank you kisses too! Animals included: Longhorns, cows, peacocks, goats, donkeys and pigs. When your chores are done, you can spend the rest of your day enjoying the farm! We will also be able to answer any question you might have about what it takes to run a farm, cost involved, tax/ag exemptions, etc.
Bring sturdy shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting farm dirt on.
Drink plenty of water throughout your visit, especially on hot days.
Getting there early helps you beat the heat and enjoy the cooler morning hours.
