About

Our food experience can be at my family lemonyard property, dated 1911, completely restored maintaining the original Sicilian style, serving fish or meat or vegetarian meals with ALL produce from my father’s garden, and Etna wines, together with fresh citrus fruit juices.

The experience will include a welcome drink (lemon water of grapefruit/orange juices), a guided visit of the farm, both of the flower garden and the vegetable garden as well the lemon groves.

How we do organic and biodynamic farming.

The food experience follows - lunch/brunch/dinner - serving fresh vegetables, flower recipes, and traditional Sicilian dishes. Served with Mount Etna wines.

After or before the visit and food exp we can also walk to the harbour of Pozzillo, a cosy fisherman spot. This to breath the saline air and comprehend how Etna lemons are so special since they get the minerality from the volcano and the sea. Pozzillo, in fact, is located within the Etna IGP lemon area of production.
