Our guided trail rides are a wonderful way to explore and enjoy a part of the Galena Territory.
The famous marina ride is a staff favorite, created for intermediate to advanced riders that can walk, trot, canter through the scenic countryside. Ride time depends on the amount of trot/canter but is minimally 90 minutes.
We provide you with well trained horses. We have handpicked them for their calm temperament, athletic ability, and willingness to please. If you love horses and if you love nature, you will love this rare opportunity. Forty miles of picturesque trails traverse the stunning landscape of the Galena Territory through meadows and woodlands abundant with wildlife.
To avoid disappointment on the day please make sure you read and understand our policies and rules. Otherwise you may be refused a ride without refund.
Trail riders must be 16 or older. Weight restricted to under 250 lbs.
For your protection we provide friendly and helpful trail guides on all rides, and we do not permit double riding. We require all horseback riders wear a closed toe shoe. Long pants are also highly recommended. Helmets are available free of charge.
Please note: Intermediate rider is someone who has comfortably trotted/cantered a horse. Advanced rider is someone who has extensive and diverse experiences with horses.
