We will introduce you to the essentials of Stand-Up Paddle Boarding including equipment, safety, and technique.
We will select the best possible location for the session, get you standing and coach you on the correct paddling techniques. The session will also include lots of SUP skills, races and games to keep everyone entertained. If conditions allow, the session may include a short coastal journey to explore the stunning surroundings of Firestone Bay and the Royal William Yard.
We can cater for a wide range of experience and ability so this session is perfect for all the family.

What to bring Please arrive ready to get on the water or with a swimming costume on, ready to get into your wetsuit. Wetsuits are provided at no extra cost. Don't forget to bring a towel, sunscreen and water.
Requirements Good general physical fitness and confident swimmer. The minimum age is 7.
Protect yourself from sun exposure and stay hydrated during the session on the water.
Deck yourself in swimwear to stay comfortable when in the water and under your wetsuit.
Footwear that dries quickly will keep you comfortable before and after paddling.
