Explore the Fakahatchee Strand with a local tour group. We'll spend the day exploring one of the largest swamp sloughs in Florida.
This Cypress Strand is home to the endangered Florida Panther, Everglades Mink, Florida Black Bear, White Tail Deer, Alligators, Ospreys, Woodstorks, Great Blue Herons, Owls, 58 different orchids including the elusive Ghost orchid.

The part of the Fakahatchee that Everglades Jeep Tours safari's though is likened to the Amazon. The plant biodiversity is out of this world!! Edibles like wild guava, vanilla bean orchids, sour oranges, mango, Hawthorns, bayleaves just to name a few.
We will have a cooler with waters and plenty of room for anything you want to bring. We also will provide natural bug spray if you forget yours. We have a bag full of flash lights, head lamps, night vision binoculars for the night time tours as well.
