Explore the Fakahatchee Strand with a local tour group. We'll spend the day exploring one of the largest swamp sloughs in Florida.

This Cypress Strand is home to the endangered Florida Panther, Everglades Mink, Florida Black Bear, White Tail Deer, Alligators, Ospreys, Woodstorks, Great Blue Herons, Owls, 58 different orchids including the elusive Ghost orchid.

Our Local Tour Guides are native to the Everglades. Generations of knowledge, generations of exploration of the Everglades.
Wanna know how people lived and thrived in the Everglades?
What did they eat? How did they make medicine? What about the bugs?? They can answer all of these questions and more!!

The part of the Fakahatchee that Everglades Jeep Tours safari's though is likened to the Amazon. The plant biodiversity is out of this world!! Edibles like wild guava, vanilla bean orchids, sour oranges, mango, Hawthorns, bayleaves just to name a few.

Whats Provided

We will have a cooler with waters and plenty of room for anything you want to bring. We also will provide natural bug spray if you forget yours. We have a bag full of flash lights, head lamps, night vision binoculars for the night time tours as well.

What to bring

sunglasses, hat, bug and sun spray, binoculars (if you have them), snacks (if you want), night tours bring a light long sleeve. Don't forget your spirt of Adventure!! This is going to be fun!!!
