Eye-Level Adventure Whale Watch by Raft (Seasonal Dec-April)
Although our vessel and departure location look a little different this year after the fires, we are excited to welcome you back whale watching with us departing from Mala Boat Ramp.
Join us aboard our ocean raft for eye-level Whale Watching! Avoid the crowds and enjoy comfortable seating in a small group with spectacular views of Hawaii’s humpback whales! The Humpback Whale returns to the warm Hawaiian waters every year during the winter months of December through April for their mating and calving season. Although whales are protected in Hawaii and we do not approach them closer than federal regulations, they often approach our small rafts for those up close and eye level whale encounters. Your tour includes a full narration of interesting whale and Maui facts by our marine naturalist, listening to whale songs on a hydrophone, water onboard and lots of photo ops!
Maui’s weather can shift during the morning and afternoon, so bring a light waterproof jacket and comfortable layers.
