In celebration of Mural Arts month guests will enjoy this special opportunity to meet artist Meg Saligman, creator of some of Philadelphia's most iconic murals including: Common Threads and Philadelphia Muses. Come prepared for fun, creativity, and surprise in this unique behind the scenes look at Sugar Mom's Hideaway, Meg's working Studio. A 90-minute Mural Arts tour will follow this visit, led by a professionally trained tour guide and guests will see and learn about some of Philadelphia's stunning murals. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to get up close and personal with a spectacular artist.

This tour leaves from Meg's Studio below the Sugar Refinery Apartments, 225 Church St, Philadelphia, PA 19106, and ends at the Philadelphia Muses mural located at 13th & Locust Streets, so please plan accordingly.

Reminders

  • Groups will be limited to 15 people or less.
  • Any guest 15 years old or younger must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Tickets must be purchased in advance - no walk-ups will be accepted. All paid guests' names will appear on a will-call list at check-in.
  • Tours are outdoors, rain or shine and there are no stops for restrooms, so please plan accordingly.
  • It is not necessary for you to print out your confirmation, your instructor will have your name on a Will Call list. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to check-in.
  • Gratuity is not required, but greatly appreciated.
