Please note that there must be 4 attendees for the tour to go ahead. Where a tour does not go ahead, we will contact you to re-schedule your tour.
As the majority of the exhibits our outdoors, you should dress for the weather. There will be no refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather, animals resting or animals sleeping, or the closure of any exhibits/animals off display.
The tour may be re-scheduled in severe weather. Please do not hesitate to contact us should the weather not be tour permitting. We will happily re-schedule your tour due to issues with the weather.
