About This Adventure

Experience an unforgettable educational adventure at Wild Hearts, where visitors explore the savannas of Africa and engage with wildlife up close. Perfect for groups, this interactive zoo offers a unique opportunity to learn about conservation while connecting with animals in a beautiful 30-acre setting. Join us and make a difference!

Great for schools, daycare centers, senior centers, homeschool groups, businesses and more, that are looking for a unique, interactive, and educational zoo experience!

You should plan 1.5 hours to see the animals and any additional time you would like for lunch. We will have picnic tables under a covered area in case of inclement weather. Some areas of the zoo may only be available while accompanied by our staff.

Maximum Group Size for everyone all at once is ~60 including adults.

For groups over 60 participants, such as homeschool groups, we can offer staggered entry time for up to 150 people.

Walking paths around our property include concrete, asphalt, wooden boardwalk, gravel, mulch, soil and grass, so please wear appropriate footwear. We have several restrooms for your convenience.

Our black-backed jackals are viewable in the Boma, which also has all new sidewalks! We are still growing wild here at the farm, and a few areas are still under construction, so please pardon the dust.

Water fountains are not available onsite of our working farm, so we ask teachers & group leaders to please bring any drinking water for their students.

Wild Hearts is an immersive conservation experience that takes visitors to the savannas of Africa, onto the doorstep of the African sustenance farmer, and onto the edge of the wild - where humans and wildlife overlap and sometimes struggle to coexist. Visitor will learn how they can make a difference to help save wildlife and wild places.

Learn about animals from Africa and beyond at our 30 acre Education Center. Like a traditional petting zoo, many animals are touchable with educators on hand to bring each animal's survival story to life.

Please note: General Admission does not include the Wildlife Grove area of our farm which can be purchased separately when available.

There is a small convenience fee added at checkout. FareHarbor does not charge Wild Hearts to use this online booking and payment system. This allows us to provide an amazing educational experience at an affordable price while caring for our animals. Thank you!

Wish list items include: newspapers, trash bags, laundry detergent, unscented dryer sheets, hand sanitizer, paper towels, and gently used fleece blankets.
