Powered by twin Suzuki engines, Nitinat is eco-friendly, fast and stable. Enjoy a heated and covered seating area with large windows for viewing and a large outside back deck to view wildlife.
Passengers are advised to dress warmly.
Please check in 30 minutes before your tour departs. Once everyone has checked in, we will head to the dock to start our 2 hour adventure. Once underway, your guide will introduce you to the Clayoqout Sound ecosystem and wildlife as we cruise out looking for whales, sea lions, sea otters and more. Please note this tour can be on open ocean and we can experience ocean swell.

We recommend sweaters, long pants and closed-toe shoes to be worn by all passengers for their comfort. Remember to bring sunglasses, a warm hat, sunscreen, camera and your sense of adventure!

We reserve the right to delay or cancel a departure if there are fewer than 4 guests reserved at the time of departure or in case of events beyond our control (adverse weather conditions, technical or mechanical issues etc.).
Temperatures can be chilly on the water, especially from November to February—bring warm, waterproof layers.
While sea otters are often nearby, binoculars help spot distant wildlife like bald eagles and seals.
No restroom is available onboard; use the office facilities before departure to stay comfortable during the tour.
Though waters are usually calm, bring medication if prone to motion sickness to ensure a pleasant experience.
