About This Adventure

Experience the beauty of the Potomac River with the Potomac Play Pass, offering canoeing, kayaking, or paddleboarding. Enjoy a shuttle service to the river, where you can immerse yourself in nature and spot diverse wildlife, including Bald Eagles and Great Blue Herons. Perfect for adventurers seeking a memorable outdoor escape!

Potomac Play Pass

With so many activity options to choose from, how can anyone decide? The Potomac Play Pass allows you to sign up for a variety of our offerings. Enjoy canoe, kayak, or stand up paddle boards at our Harpers Ferry Campground Riverside Location.

You simply come to our office to check in and then we shuttle you down to the river. Once you get there you can choose which activity you would like to do (based on availability).

We invite you to explore the ancient Potomac River in one of our many rentals. This trip is ideal for discovering the abundant wildlife that flourishes in these amazing riveine ecosystems. Paddlers often see: swimming Turtles, cavity-nesting Wood Ducks, elegant Egrets, Belted Kingfishers, fishing Osprey, and stately Great Blue Herons. You may even witness the majesty of our nation's bird-the Bald Eagle! More so, the waters provide for trophy class Smallmouth Bass and other angling opportunities.

So pack your fishing pole and binoculars, and out here it's just you and nature... We will supply you with your kayak, canoe, or SUP board, the shuttle to and from the river, type III PFD, and paddles. Remember - the guiding is up to you!

There must be a minimum of 2 people on your reservation. We are unable to send a single person out alone on unguided trips. All Potomac Play Pass trips depart and return to the same location.
