Suggested Itinerary:

  • Duration: 6 to 8 hours
  • Stop close to the center of Sintra and try the famous pillow pastry (Travesseiro)
  • Sightseeing in Sintra, where you will see the Moorish Castle, the Pena Palace and the Regaleira Estate
  • On the way back to the coast you will see the Monserrate Palace and the Seteais Palace (photo op)
  • Stop at Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of mainland Europe
  • Drive to Lisbon along the coast passing by the towns of Cascais and Estoril
  • Stop in Belém.
  • Visit the church of the Monastery of Jerónimos (free)
  • Try the amazing custard tarts from Belém (Pastéis de Belém) at the original factory
  • Stop at the Lisbon Cathedral (Sé de Lisboa)
  • Stop at the highest natural viewpoint of Lisbon (Senhora do Monte)

  • Our itinerary is always flexible, so if you want to cut it short or add different stops or places to visit you can do that by just telling the driver (that's why private tours are a lot more fun!)
  • If you don't want to visit the monuments inside, we can add other places like viewpoints or some secret spots that only the locals know about to fill in the time
  • Our tours can be done in English, Portuguese, Spanish or French (subject to availability)
  • You should wear comfortable clothing and shoes as there are some parts of the tour where we have to walk to reach certain places
