Il mulino, maestoso, opera di architettura industriale domina la scena, con le sue SEI grandi pale -uniche nel suo genere- e la sua cupola rossa a punta. Per secoli e ancora oggi, nei periodi di raccolta del sale e grazie alla sola forza del vento, le pale del nostro mulino girano, attivando un meccanismo che mette in moto delle grosse macine in pietra, antichissime, che macinano e continuano i cristalli di sale.
