Bikesul is a bike tour operator based in Albufeira, Faro, in Portugal’s Algarve region. Bikesul runs guided cycling experiences that include mountain biking, e‑bike rides, gravel excursions and road bike tours. Routes highlight regional landmarks and natural landscapes: Albufeira’s cliffs and beaches (Salgados, Galé), the Ria Formosa and historic Faro, the hills of Monchique with Fóia and Caldas de Monchique, the ribeira de Algibre and Vilamoura vistas, and cultural sites such as Paderne, the Medieval Castelo dos Mouros and the Roman bridge, Carvoeiro and Silves, and the villages of Alte and Benafim.
Offerings range from 2.5‑ to 3‑hour guided rides to longer mountain bike singletrack adventures of approximately 32 km. Specific experiences include E‑MTB and e‑bike tours through Monchique and Albufeira, gravel routes around Paderne, road tours to Carvoeiro and Silves, and singletrack mountain bike routes along falésia cliffs toward Vilamoura. Several tours are described as suitable for all skill levels while others target intermediate cyclists; guide teams tailor routes to group ability.
Bikesul emphasizes guided, local knowledge and scenic routes across the Algarve coastline and interior. Equipment and electric‑assist options are available on tours that specify e‑bikes or E‑MTB. Booking information and precise itineraries are provided per tour listing. Bikesul’s combination of coastal, rural and mountain routes provides accessible cycling options for visitors seeking nature, history and leisure riding in the Algarve. Each tour listing includes duration, difficulty, and meeting point so riders can prepare, and guides highlight coastal views and historic landmarks during rides for memorable outdoor outings.
