About

We collaborate with Apostle Islands Cruise Service to bring you the best of the Islands without the extended paddle out and back. By utilizing a water taxi to traverse the 14 miles of open water to Stockton Island, we stand a better chance of reaching the island, despite wind and waves. We also forgo the need to pack equipment in our kayaks, which saves time getting on the water each day. By base camping, the time-consuming deconstruction and reconstruction of camp is eliminated. We highly recommend this option for families looking to go kayak camping, and anyone who wants to make the most of their time in the islands.
