Street Legal - Certain restrictions apply Rentals are 4hrs Minimum Plus Delivery unless on-site pick-up. Pick up and Delivery is $100 1-5 miles from our locations. Pick up and Delivery is $150, 6-15 miles radius of our location. Over 15 miles has a minimum rental of 3 days and a delivery fee equal to the distance, which will be applied to reservation after reservation is made / completed.
Drivers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and insurance. LSV's (Low Speed Vehicles) are not allowed to be driven on roads with a speed limit greater than 35 mph.
Rental deposit of $200 is due upon rental and will be released / returned to the customer if no damage is incurred.
Seatbelts MUST be worn at all times, and helmets are provided for minors.
For Monthly rentals, please contact us via phone to complete reservation.
$80 per hour late fee, will be applied to all renters reservation rental is dropped off after rental period has expired, and/or equivalent to minimum rental period / time renter has rental vehicle. If rental is returned after rental has expired, and after closing hrs of operation. Renter will incur initial late fee of $85 dollars, plus 24hr rental rate.
In the event of damage to golf cart rental, $1000 will be collected.
