Experience the thrill of walking among over 50 life-sized dinosaurs at The Dinosaur Place, a 60-acre outdoor adventure park. Enjoy unique attractions like the largest Splash Pad in New England, a dinosaur-themed maze, and Monty’s Playground. This exciting program is exclusively for Connecticut families, offering free admission for children and adults.
• ONLINE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED • CT residents only • Four children + one adult per household • CT driver’s license or State ID card is required at the door as a proof of residency - Must match address used for booking • Online reservation must occur between July 1 to September 4
Bookings made for more than one adult and four children with the same address will be CANCELLED. There is no limit for purchasing tickets and you can get them online or at the door.
If the 2023 CT Summer at the Museum program sessions are full, then guests are welcomed to buy regular admissions at the front gate anytime of the day during open hours.

Walk among the Dinosaurs! Our 60-acre Outdoor Adventure Park is home to over 50 life-sized dinosaurs on pristine nature trails! Stop by New England’s largest Splash Pad® (A Unique Zero-Depth Water Park), a dinosaur-themed maze, two dinosaur caves, and Monty’s Playground, featuring T-Rex Tower.
*Our T-Rex Tower playscape is for children ages 2-10 and requires children to wear socks. T-Rex Tower is weather permitting and also closes daily for 30 minutes for lunch. Closed on weekdays except June 11- Sept 5. **Our Splashpad requires shoes for safety. Splashpad is weather permitting.
No Re-entry into the park
This program is geared towards families exploring together, not for group visits, such as visits from camps, youth groups, scouts, Boys & Girls Clubs.
