About This Adventure

Embark on an unforgettable Norwegian winter adventure with a guided snowshoe hike through breathtaking landscapes. Escape the city and immerse yourself in serene wilderness, enjoying stunning views and rich local stories. This easy-to-medium trek promises a unique experience, perfect for anyone looking to connect with Norway's natural beauty.

A true Norwegian winter experience on snowshoes.

It might not be snow in the town of Bergen, but our professional guide will bring you to winter wonderland.

The guide knows where to go and choose the best place according to the time of season. Together in a small group we will take you away from the crowds and go off the “beaten track” to see magical winter scenery.

Our goal is to let you have a good time with new friends, see great views, feel the remote area and make it a day you won't forget.

Hiking with snowshoes require no previous experience, only that you are fit enough to do a normal hike in slightly uneven terrain. We will ensure that you get appropriate snowshoes and poles, and our guide ensures a hot drink and transfer to/from the hiking area.

For your own enjoyment, please read what to bring so you can enjoy the wilderness, and not freeze during the experience.

We'll take it slow and enjoy the natural surroundings on the way to the summit. At the top we are rewarded with a good view of a local fjord arm. Of course, depending on whether the weather is clear, if not we get the pleasure of feeling the elements, snow, wind and cold. The guide will learn you more about cultural and historical of Norway and Bergen. This is a truly magical way to experience Norway in the winter.
