Fort Hill Brewing Company We are excited to offer Fort Hill Brewery as the first stop in the Hoppy Valley Tour. Established in 2012 and releasing its first beer, an Oktoberfest, and opening its taproom in 2014, Fort Hill Brewery brews an array of German style lagers and New England IPAs as well as sours and hard seltzers. We will be safe in this fort to let down our guard and try the many styles Eric the brew master has to offer his guests.
New City Brewery As we venture into another part of the city, we will find an industrial complex of 1800’s water-powered factories. Within this area historically known as New City, Easthampton we will find the innovative New City Brewery crafting exceptional beers and cocktails. Sam the brew master is dedicated to brewing exquisite lagers and ales while also focusing on pre-prohibition style alcoholic ginger beer. Join us to try something new at New City Brewery; be it a flight of finely crafted beers or a traditional ginger beer with a twist.
White Lion Brewing Company Lastly, we finish our Hoppy Valley Tour in Amherst, Massachusetts at White Lion Brewing Company. Being the first craft beer brand to go to market in Springfield, Ma, White Lion Brewing Company has now opened its second brewery facility and tap room with a roar. White Lion Brewing Company has within its guiding principles the need to help the community, inclusion of all and scholarship through working with local colleges. Let’s go join the pride and be part of the White Lion story with a flight of this incredible locally brewed craft beer.
