Our Polaris Slingshot® Operational Policies
- Slingshots® are to be driven only on paved roads. Absolutely no off-road driving or driving on gravel or dirt roads.
- NO burnouts, donuts, or speeding will be tolerated. Proof or evidence of any of the following will result in a charge for replacement tire and installation.
- NO smoking of any kind allowed in Slingshot. There will be a charge of $250 if Slingshot is returned smelling like any type of smoke, plus additional fees for any damage to Slingshot from smoking.
- Your Slingshot will be provided with a full tank of PREMIUM fuel. At the end of the rental, units must be refueled with PREMIUM fuel upon return. There is a fee of $50 per unit not refueled.
- Please report any mechanical problems to us immediately. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage by not adhering to inspecting the slingshot before they operate it. If the slingshot has a flat or leaking tire do not operate it. Treat the slingshot like it is your own. There will be a $275.00 replacement fee for lost key. There will be a $50.00 replacement fee for gas caps – they are not tethered to the slingshot.
- If you get a ticket while driving the Slingshot®, you are responsible for it. This includes parking and any tolls. Flat tires are not covered. Towing is not covered unless there is a mechanical issue.
Pick Up information
- Once you arrive, there is a short check-in process and then you are ready to go! We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your reservation time.
- DOT-approved helmets are required. You can bring and use your own helmet or rent one of ours. Our helmets are cleaned and disinfected thoroughly after each use.
- We have parking if you would like to leave your vehicle while out on your rental. We ask that you drive responsibly and treat the Slingshot with respect.
