Don't have a full day? The Deluxe Half Day Wine Tour is ideal for people without a lot of time allowing time to travel or do something different for the rest of the day. This guided half day tour bikes to three of Marlborough's boutique and iconic wineries along with a delicious a la carte lunch at a beautiful vineyard restaurant (lunch at clients cost). At one of the wineries you will have an in-depth wine experience that may include a winery or vineyard tour, a private tasting or a food and wine matching exercise. You’ll ride along country roads, river-stop banks and through vineyards, experiencing stunning scenery, wonderful food, world class wines and a friendly experienced guide.

You do not need to be an experienced cyclist to enjoy this bike tour. The pace is leisurely and the terrain is gentle, ensuring easy riding no matter what your skill level.

This tour can be booked morning or afternoon based on your itinerary. Morning: 9:15am - 2pm Afternoon: 12:30pm - 4:30pm We pick you up from your accodmation at the start time.

Don't worry about the weather. We have some of the highest sunshine hours in New Zealand, and if it does rain we will just switch you to a driving wine tour for no additional cost, so you still have a full day of fun in the Marlborough wine region.

Pick Up 9:15am or 12:30pm from your Blenheim or Renwick accommodation.

Drop Off 2pm or 4:30pm at your Blenheim or Renwick accommodation.

Winery Visits 3 boutique Marlborough wineries.

Lunch A la carte lunch at a local winery (lunch at your own cost). Your friendly guide will join for lunch but if you prefer to dine alone please let us know.

Distance 6km to 12km. We make sure the route is suited to your skill level.

Our Bikes We have a range of high-quality, comfortable bikes for adults and kids.

Difficulty Low – the terrain is gentle, the pace is leisurely and we stick to bike paths and quiet country roads where possible. If you think the biking might still be too difficult then consider hiring an electric bike for an additional cost.
