Policies

Rider Safety:

  • Riders must be over the age of 14 to ride their own eBike
  • Riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Adults must book their own tour and ride their own eBike.
  • One rider per eBike
  • Maximum weight for a rider is 300 lbs
  • Riders must have a basic level of fitness and ability to ride a bike
  • Riders must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled tour to receive instruction on how to safely operate the eBike

Weather policy: In the event of inclement weather, tours may be cancelled at the discretion of the tour guide. If a tour is cancelled due to weather, guests will have the option to reschedule their tour or receive a full refund. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all tour guests. We appreciate your understanding and hope to see you on a future tour.

Cancelation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour, you will receive a full refund.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we want to be as accommodating as possible. If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee a refund for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice.
