Q. When do I need to arrive for my booking? A. Please arrive 30 minutes early. This allows time for a safety briefing and demonstration on how to use the equipment. Late arrival could result in the loss of some or all of your allocated time-slot.
Q. What are the age restrictions? Children must be older than 5 years for the ‘Bike-hire’ and older than 1 year for the ‘Bike-trailer’. Adult supervision is required for under 18’s.es to choose from:
DEPOSIT - Please note that for day bookings you will need to bring an ID and pay £50 deposit per bike. This will be returned on receipt of the undamaged equipment at the end of your booking.
DEPOSIT - Please note that for overnight bookings you will need to leave £100 deposit per bike and an ID, bank card or keys as a deposit. This will be returned on receipt of the undamaged equipment at the end of your booking.
