About This Adventure

Join ELC educators for an unforgettable day exploring the Indian River Lagoon! Experience Dolphin Discovery with a thrilling pontoon ride in search of dolphins, plus interactive fun at the Touch Tank and aquarium. Perfect for young naturalists, this camp promises adventure and learning in a stunning natural setting.

Camp Description:

Join ELC educators to explore the Indian River Lagoon during single-day, camps at ELC, 9am-1pm.

Camps will be offered for two different age groups: 6-8 Junior Naturalists & 9-12 Senior Naturalists.

Camp Themes: 11/24 Dolphin Discovery, including pontoon ride (both groups) $60 per child

12/22 Florida's Reptiles, including animal meet and greet/Sea turtle trek (Juniors) and Feathered Friends, including bird walk and paper airplane "flight school" (Seniors) $50 per child

12/29 Sea to Shore, including pond dip netting (Juniors) and Outdoor Explorers, including archery and fishing (Seniors) $50 per child

1/5 Dolphin Discovery, including pontoon ride (both groups) $60 per child

Adventure Tips

Bring sunscreen and a hat

Florida’s sun can be intense; protect yourself during the outdoor pontoon ride.

Wear comfortable, water-friendly footwear

You’ll be spending time both on the boat and around the aquarium and touch tank exhibits.

Bring a reusable water bottle

Staying hydrated is important, especially when outdoors for several hours.

Use binoculars for dolphin spotting

While dolphins often come close, binoculars can enhance distant wildlife viewing.
