About

Legend says Selkies were strong, wild women born from the sea whose seal skins were sometimes stolen while they played and danced on the shore. Though comfortable on land, Selkies always long for the sea. Renew your spirit and find your Selkie, Mermaid Self. Return to the water, have fun and get a great workout in the company of other women. These 1-2 hr weekday sessions allow you to learn to kayak and/or stand up paddleboard. As your skills improve, or if you are already experienced, you can perfect your paddling techniques on longer more advanced, fabulous Selkies trips.
