Upon delivery our driver will send an email or text message confirming your delivery is complete. In that communication they will include your lock combination. Please keep your bicycles locked at all times. We strive to have all bicycles delivered by 4:00pm in the spring and summer season and earlier in the off seasons.
All rental items must be waiting for pick up at 7:00AM the last day noted on your confirmation letter. Please ensure all bikes are locked up and any accessories rented are with the other items. Including extra locks, helmets, baskets, e-bike chargers, keys, etc. It is okay to leave them outside with the bikes to avoid our team having to return for them.
Use the provided lock combination every time you leave your bike unattended to prevent theft.
