The trail network includes 13 km of cross‑country trails and 9 km of downhill mountain bike terrain. Hiking routes travel through former apple orchards and deliver viewpoints over Eagle and Moose Lakes, with autumn color and scenic terrain highlighted during the shoulder seasons. Daily mountain bike passes provide all‑day access to both cross‑country and downhill options, and hiking day passes grant access to marked routes around the property.
On snow, Sir Sam's runs Private Lessons through Sir Sam’s Snow School with certified instructors providing one‑on‑one and semi‑private instruction for all ages. Seasonal programs focus on skill progression and safety: Holiday and March Break Ski Camps and Snowboard Camps for youth, a seven‑week Ski Skills program (Sundays, January 11–March 1, 2026), a seven‑week Snowboard Skills program (January 11–March 1, 2026), a six‑week Adult Racing Program (Saturdays, January 17–February 28, 2026), the Holiday Alpine Race Camp (December 27–30, 2025) and the March Break Discover Racing Camp (March 16–19, 2026).
