Visit to historical centre, passing through the Farmer’s Market, old town, Monte’s Cable car Station (optional short walk through the old town), and Western sightseeing point of Funchal. Exit on the east side old roads of Funchal, going through the oldest part of the city, heading to a unique view point making a stop to discover its beautiful landscape, and get to know a little bit about its history, way of living, typical products, local food and drinks. After all photos taken, the tour continues into the Natural Reserve of “Garajau”, where the Lord King Statue is. A great view over the Ocean, with Funchal at a distance and on the horizon the Desert Islands; will be waiting for you on this next stop.
Return to Funchal with a final Stop for a drink (Poncha optional).
