Individuals with heart conditions, asthma, back or neck problems and pregnant women are not permitted to participate. Individuals who are taking medications that may affect their participation in this charter are not permitted to participate. Children aged 18 years and younger have to be accompanied by an adult. This charter is subject to rescheduling or cancellation due to weather conditions.

A panga is an extremely seaworthy fishing boat made of heavy duty fiberglass in combination with wood. Powered by outboard motors, pangas are fast with a cruising speed of 25 miles per hour. Pangas are used extensively thoughout Baja California and are especially designed to be launched from the beach.
