Spend the day exploring the quiet marvels of a freshwater estuary, the Bark Bay Slough. The slough is home to carnivorous plants, abundant wildlife, marshy channels, and a back door to the open water of Lake Superior.

More info

  • Paddlers must be at least 8 years old.
  • Children (ages 8-12) must sit in the center of a triple between two adults in their party
  • Teenagers (ages 13-17) may paddle in the front of a tandem with an adult from their party.
  • One adult (18+) must be present on all trips involving minors.
