What to bring

Come prepared to get a little wet from the drip of your paddle and be out in the sun. Dress for the weather. Lightweight, synthetic clothing is best. You can bring a camera, but they do have the possibility of getting wet, so we recommend using a water proof bag. Guided kayak tours include kayaks and gear, so just bring your personal items such as:

  • Bathing suit or clothes (e.g. t-shirt & shorts) that can get wet and are appropriate for kayaking
  • Shoes that cover feet, stay on feet & can get wet (NO flip-flops)
  • Hat, sunglasses and sun block
  • Bottled water
  • Raincoat (just in case & serves as a good windbreaker)
  • Change of Clothes
  • Camera (recommend keeping in a water proof bag)
