Our four-day "Grom Camp" will be filled with learning sessions, water safety, how to SUP from the most knowledgeable instructors in Maryland, SUP Yoga, SUP Fitness, SUP Games, and most importantly learning to appreciate and love the outdoors!
What is a Grom?
A grommet (grom) is a young participant in action sports. Originally, a grommet was a surfer under the age of 16. In recent years, this has expanded to include other action sports, most notably Stand Up Paddleboarding!
*A Snack will be provided daily. Full Day Campers will need to pack & bring a lunch to camp.
All participants are required to wear life jackets, and watershoes and must feel comfortable around water.
Participants will be given a T-shirt on the final day of camp (please provide the size upon booking)
Equip your camper with water shoes for easy movement on and off kayaks and paddleboards.
Maryland summers can be hot; protect your skin with SPF during outdoor activities.
Carry a refillable water bottle to keep campers hydrated during active sessions.
Morning and evening temperatures can vary; a lightweight jacket helps with comfort.
