Our UTVs (Side by Sides) do not require prior experience! But you must have prior ATV riding experience to rent one of our single-rider ATVs. Riding an ATV requires coordinated physical input and you need to use your body to be actively involved with the steering and driving of the ATV for proper operation. Please also note that the maximum amount of weight the single-rider ATV can accommodate is 300 pounds.
Cancellation requests 7 days prior to the start of your tour will receive a full refund less any booking fees or taxes. There is a $50 per reservation rescheduling fee for group sizes with 8 or less guests. Larger parties can reach out for additional details. . Rescheduling is based upon availability.

Cancellation requests less than 3 days prior to the start of your tour or failure to show up for your tour will result in no refund or rescheduling option.
Bookings made within the 3-day window prior to the start of a tour are not eligible for refunds or rebooking.
Same-day bookings are not eligible for refunds, rebooking or Travel Cancellation Protection.
Rescheduling is first come, first served and based entirely on availability.
Rescheduled bookings are not eligible for refund or rescheduling a 2nd time.
Please note that canceled flights or illnesses are not exceptions to our cancellation policy.
In the event that the tour is canceled by Snowhook Adventure Guides of Alaska due to weather or any other force majeure, the reserving party will receive a complete refund.
