About This Adventure

Experience tranquility on the water with weekly guided meditations on a paddle board. This unique blend of mindfulness and nature allows you to calm your mind and enhance clarity through breath techniques and gentle movement. Perfect for all levels, it’s an unforgettable journey towards reduced stress and increased creativity.

Learn how to turn inward to calm your mind and connect with your true nature to experience clarity and insight. The benefits of meditation practice can reduce stress, anxiety, and insomnia, as well as increase concentration and creativity. Each class will include a short paddle to our outdoor meditation classroom where we will engage in pranayama (breath) techniques, gentle movement and 20-30 minute guided meditations. Open to beginner and experience meditators.
