Time starts when equipment leaves the warehouse and ends 5 hours from that time. Must be returned by 5:30PM regardless of when picked up. If half day rentals are picked up the evening prior, time starts at 8AM and ends at 1PM.
SAT/SUN Rentals: Must be picked up the evening prior at 6PM as we do not staff our warehouse for pick ups on Saturday or Sunday morning
Security/Damage of $1,500 Deposit is required for all individual reservations. This is held on any major credit/debit card as a pre-authorization and released provided all equipment comes back in the same condition as it was sent out in. If your card is declined when providing security deposit, you will loose your rental. No exceptions!
Temperatures fluctuate quickly while riding; dress in moisture-wicking and insulated layers for warmth and mobility.
