-Open boat rates are for 1 person but does not include customary 20% tip for mates. Our mates work extremely hard to make your trip a success.
-Deposits Are NON-Refundable. If the trip is cancelled for any reason, the deposit will be applied to your next trip or open boat spot. If the deposit is not used in that calender year, it will be carried over to the next year. If a trip is not cancelled by more than 30 days in advance, then the deposit is completely forfeited.
-Remaining balance for charter may be paid by cash or credit card. If using credit card, a 3% surcharge will be applied.
-Alcoholic Beverages: Beer Only. No glass bottles, no hard liquor, and no wine. If a party member becomes intoxicated as determined by the Captain, the boat will return to the dock without any refund.
-Food: Each person will provide his or her own food and beverage. We suggest that you bring prepared food. Have your sandwiches made before leaving the dock.
-No firearms of any kind on board.
-No illegal drugs of any kind on board Offenses will be reported to the coast guard
-There is a refrigerator and a coffee maker on board for your use.
-Dress appropriately. Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, foulweather gear, and a change of clothes. Please wear fishing boots, boat shoes or sneakers on the boat. No black soled shoes or boots please."
