Cancellation policy

Miami beach boat tours in not responsible for traffic-related cancellations. If you are driving please allow yourself plenty of time (arrive at least 20 Min before departure). In the event that this happens we can gladly offer a gift certificate but no refunds will be given.

• All Cancelations must be done 72-hours in advance (for 100% refund).
• All cancelation must be done 24-hours in advance (for 50% refund).
