About This Adventure

Experience the thrill of a tethered hot air balloon ride at Area 57! Enjoy breathtaking views as you ascend and descend in the evening sky. With rides dependent on weather conditions, this unique opportunity offers a memorable adventure, perfect for those seeking a touch of excitement in the tranquil atmosphere of May.

Take a short trip up and down in a hot air balloon at Area 57.

Tethered rides are weather permitting and will be made available in the evening - tentatively starting around 4 pm or later.

Normally advance tickets are not sold, but for this smaller event we want to plan staff accordingly.

May is a little bit windy and winds settle down later in the day. This is why we will start later during the event, so plan your visit accordingly.

Because it is a windy month, if we cannot tether you will be reimbursed. Thank you for your understanding in advance!
