One Friday a month (May-October) the Sunset Trough trip excursion is an evening 5pm departure of our regular 3-hour Trough trip that goes southbound through the Trough to Sycamore Bridge and back. (It is approximately 35 miles round-trip.) There is no layover; passengers stay on-board.
Reservations require you to choose your entrée in advance to ensure smooth meal service onboard.
Arriving at 149 Eagle Dr., Romney at least 15 minutes before departure ensures a relaxed boarding process.
Even with climate control onboard, temperatures can vary; layering keeps you comfortable throughout your 3-hour trip.
Since the trip has no layover, make arrangements for transport upon return to avoid delays.
